What is a “C-Suite” and why the name 21 C-Suite?

A “C-Suite” are the highest level leaders in an organization, with C standing for Chief (i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer).

Historically, the C-Suite has also been used as a metaphor to describe a place of power, influence, or ownership.

21 C-Suite is short for the phrase 21st-Century C-Suite. The name reflects our mission to train the next generation to become 21st-century leaders (C-Suiters).

What does the slogan “Welcome to the O.W.N.E.R.S Box” mean?

The acronym O.W.N.E.R.S. has a double meaning. The first stands for “Operating With New Eyes for Rapid Success.” This means that we empower students to see their challenges from a new set of eyes or perspective that opens the door to rapid success.

Secondly, O.W.N.E.R.S also maintains its regular meaning of someone who possesses or owns something. So in the C-Suite, we coach students on how to embrace radical ownership of their challenges to achieve their goals.

  1. We provide career coaching, life skills, and soft skills training for high school and college students through our onsite and virtual boot camps, workshops, and rites of passage programs.

  2. We help educators connect with and motivate their students and staff through unique team building, personal development, and motivational speaking services.

A top board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon in the DFW area for over ten years, Dr. Jones Quaidoo is a distinguished graduate of the renowned UCLA School of Medicine.

His commitment to listening to and connecting with his patients has made him a regularly featured “Top Doctor” in D Magazine.

A proud father of 5, Dr. Jones Quaidoo’s passion for youth extends beyond his family and medical practice and is also seen in his extensive work in his community in supporting and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.

Sean Sanders

A longtime corporate executive, Sean began his career with Harrah’s Casinos, where he played a pivotal role in shaping customer experience strategies before transitioning to leadership with one of the top global hospitality brands.

A graduate of the University of New Orleans, Sean also demonstrates his passion for supporting youth's mental, physical, and emotional development through being a proud father and in his ownership of a popular youth self-defense franchise and other related community activities.
